MAIL ORDER
All of the products featured on our website can be ordered by post.
We accept CHEQUES or POSTAL ORDERS, which are processed immediately for security reasons.

We are unable to offer online shopping at present, but we are able to accept any major CREDIT/DEBIT CARD via the 'card payment' method on our order form or telephone orders can be placed by calling the office on 01476 594646 between 10am and 6pm

Please remember to indicate colour(s) choice where necessary and check the spelling of any personalised items, as these cannot be returned.

Post your completed order form along with a cheque/postal order
(or use 'CARD PAYMENT' on order form) for the correct amount (inc P&P) made payable to:

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES
For orders up to £25, please add £2.95
For orders over £25, please add £4.95
For orders over £100, your P&P is free

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible but please allow 28 days for delivery. As all goods are hand made (mostly to order), orders may occasionally take slightly longer. In this event, we will notify you.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail or carrier service.
Recycled packaging is used wherever possible.

OVERSEAS ORDERS AND DELIVERY

RETURNS
We want you to love your GIDDY KIPPER purchase but if you are not happy for any reason, please return goods in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or replacement. (excluding personalised items)
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.
Goods damaged during delivery will be replaced without charge.

VARIATIONS
Please note that items may vary from photographs due to their hand made nature and use of some reclaimed wood.
All items are hand painted which makes each piece unique.
All sizes quoted are approximate and exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.
Please contact us if you would like a colour chart for exact paint shades.
